Do they all go to the same Starbucks, or are all the employees of various Starbucks around the world equally put upon?

One answer is that it’s up to your interpretation (death of the author, character, and barista) but another interpretation is that it IS, in fact, the same Starbucks; the second interpretation is actually the premise for our book (which is being published NEXT MONTH, although you can pre-order here or here).
