Where does Richard II appear in Henry IV?

Richard himself doesn’t appear in either part of Henry IV, since he’s already been dead for quite a while at the beginning of Henry IV Part 1. But he does get mentioned by the Archbishop of York near the end of Act I scene iii in Henry IV Part 2.
